1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and enrolling in the ValueCircle program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your membership, participation in the binary tree network, and use of the internal wallet system.
2. Membership & Enrollment
The Program operates on a 12-month cycle. Upon enrollment, you are required to purchase an initial product combo. Your placement in the network is determined by the system's "Auto" placement algorithm or your sponsor's preference, ensuring a balanced growth of the community.
3. Monthly Consumer Patronage
To maintain an "Active" status and qualify for scheduled payouts, members must complete their monthly repurchase quota. Failure to do so within the specified window will result in the schedule being marked as "Skipped" and your account status moving to "Inactive".
4. Commissions & Payouts
- Wallets: Earnings are credited to your Bonus Wallet.
- Preferences: Members may choose between Bank Transfer and Wallet payouts.
- Verification: For Bank Transfers, members must provide accurate account details matching their registered full name.
- Service Charges: A nominal service charge may apply to transactions as configured in the program settings.
5. Fulfillment & Product Collection
Products must be collected from your designated Fulfillment Center. Upon collection, the transaction is deemed completed. ValueCircle does not offer refunds for products once they have been picked up or the collection code has been verified by a center administrator.
6. Conduct & Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in:
- Fraudulent registration or payment "replays".
- Creation of multiple accounts to manipulate the binary tree.
- Harassment of other members or fulfillment staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
ValueCircle provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for losses resulting from system maintenance, banking delays (e.g., Paystack processing times), or force majeure events.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to improve program sustainability. Significant changes will be communicated via the "Notifications" section of your member dashboard.
